M.C. Escher Tessellations: Artistic and Geometric
Within this podcast I used Photoshop to edit the photo of Escher so that it looked like a painting in the beginning and then faded into a real photograph of him. I also used Photoshop to edit some of the tessellation pictures that have the shapes on them. That way you are able to see the original shape that is being tessellated.

I loved your video about Escher and tessellations. I teach art and we do a project with tessellations. I think it is great to see that teachers in core subject areas are connecting with other disciplines like art to engage students.
I enjoyed your podcast. I also teach math and we will do a Tessellation project later in the year. This would be a great way to introduce the lesson...
